Chemises are the first place to start when building a wardrobe for any era. Regency chemises are long and columnar to match the long, slim dresses of the period. A drawstring neckline makes it easy to adjust to any neckline, and tucks along the bottom hem supports the outer skirt to give it shape and movement. 
 
This chemise style is available in either cotton or linen. Linen is more historically accurate and can withstand more rigorous washing and wicks moisture away from the body, but is more expensive. Cotton is slightly more lightweight and the cheaper option.

They all measure roughly 110cm in length.
