Enquiries are free and I’m ever so nice, so please don’t hesitate about reaching out to me! Whether you know exactly what you want or only have a vague idea, we can discuss it together and I can give you an estimate for how much it will cost. You can then decide whether or not you want to go ahead with the order; it’s fine if not!

Payment

I calculate estimates and final prices in Pound Sterling (£). I accept payments through bank transfer (if you’re based in the UK), PayPal and Etsy.

 

Shipping

I use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service for UK orders and their International Tracked service for international orders. I include shipping prices in my estimates.

 

Turnaround

My waiting list can be up to six months long. If you need something by a certain date, make sure to let me know early on in your enquiry.
